Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We offer one free exchange per order under genuine conditions such as:

Size mismatch

Defective or damaged product

Incorrect item received

Any other valid issue approved by our support team
Exchange Conditions

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Only one free exchange is allowed per order
- Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value. If the selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference
Exchange Logistics

For exchanges, pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, you will need to ship the product back to our address.

Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.

Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
Important Note
To prevent fraudulent claims, customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This video will be required as proof in case of defective or incorrect product claims.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Orders can be canceled before shipment by visiting the “My Account” page or by contacting our support team.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request an exchange according to our exchange policy if applicable.
How to Request an Exchange

Once approved, we will arrange the pickup and dispatch the replacement item
